At lunch today... we were discussing almost the same thing-- multi-links,
and menu like intermediate documents.
My thought was to have the browser specially handle documents that begin
with a <DL>, e.i. list objects. I had considered a special file extension
but that would be too ugly. The html list object could then be presented
in menu fashion.
